I have a hosting contract, how do i use your services?

You can upload your site on our server in two ways: one is to use the XPanel file manager(site host.md and log in members area ) or you can use any FTP programs that you know. Login information is specified in the contract.

I cant send email what is wrong?

You have to enable in your email client(Outlook,TheBat) SMTP authentification(My Server Requires Authentification)

What is free hosting?

Free hosting is a service when user can upload his/her site for free but we show our advertising on any free page.

I can't connect to FTP server, what is wrong?

It is possible that you misstyped one of the following parameters: ftp server is ftp.domain.md, login is www.domain.md. Some firewall rules could block access to FTP service to be sure please contact us and we'll do the testing. This one is the the most ussual problem.

I can connect to FTP but I can't upload/download any files?

It is possible that you firewall is blocking the ftp-data port(port 20). You have to switch to passive mode ftp. Any ftp client supports passive mode, just find the option and enable it.

How can I connect to cpanel ?

We use XPanel not cpanel. Our panel is limited in functions, but we are continuously improving it. At the moment you can change FTP password, create/delete mysql database, manage your email accounts, view access statistics (webalizer) and pay for hosting via the Internet.

How do I manage my databases?

From you web panel(host.md, members login) create you database. The database user and database number will be shown there(ex:5432). Enter the site host.md/phpmyadmin and using the database user and your ftp password log in the phpmyadmin.
